Travel & Stay

A 57-seater bus will be available on the day to assist with transportation to and from the event. The bus will pick up guests from the Wagga Wagga Visitor Information Centre at 2:45pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth trip. The bus will depart from the venue at 11:30pm.

Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please confirm your spot through the RSVP form as soon as possible.

If you prefer to drive and do not plan to drink, you’re welcome to make your own way. Alternatively, taxi services are available, but we recommend booking your trip to and from the venue in advance to ensure availability.
